Each room includes a mini-bar, hair dryer, phone, and views of Luang Prabang's temples and mountains. Four rooms have a day bed that converts to a single bed. Bathrooms feature separate showers and bathtubs. Rooms open to private balconies or terraces overlooking the Nam Khan River.

The hotel's restaurant serves Asian and Western dishes, with options for poolside dining. Guests can choose from over 40 wines by the glass, paired with Spanish snacks like olives, hams, and cheeses. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available daily.
Swimming and excursions
The outdoor jade-colored pool is set in lush gardens. Staff can arrange sunset cruises on the Mekong, visits to Kuang Si Waterfalls (30 minutes away), or trips to Pak Ou Buddha Caves. Other activities include rice farming at The Living Land Farm, textile workshops, and Lao cooking classes.
Near temples and markets
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Wat Xieng Thong Temple and 5 minutes by car from Luang Prabang Airport. Nearby landmarks include the Bamboo Bridge (0.3 km), Royal Palace Museum (1 km), and the night market (1 km). Due to riverbank construction, boat service is suspended; bicycles and taxis are available for town access.
Staff and sustainability
